Cancellation Policy

Critical Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours from the time of placement. After this window expires, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Plan accordingly!
1. Cancellation Eligibility
Zeliora allows order cancellations only within 12 hours from the time of order placement. This applies to all orders regardless of the payment mode used (Online Payment or Cash on Delivery).
Example: If you place an order at 2:00 PM, you must cancel it before 2:00 AM the next day. Cancellation requests made after this time cannot be processed.
2. Cancellation for Online Payments (Prepaid)
For orders paid through online payment methods (credit card, debit card, digital wallet, etc.):
Refund Process
- 1.Upon cancellation approval, the full transaction amount is refunded to your original payment method
- 2.Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are automatically deducted from the refund amount
- 3.Shipping/delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
- 4.Refund processing takes 5-7 working days depending on your bank
Note on Gateway Charges: Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3% of transaction amount) cannot be recovered and will be deducted from your refund as per the terms with our payment processor.
3. Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD)
For orders placed with Cash on Delivery payment mode:
- •The order can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- •No charges are applicable as no payment has been made yet
- •The cancellation is processed instantly upon approval
4. How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- 1.Log into your Zeliora account
- 2.Navigate to "My Orders" section
- 3.Select the order you wish to cancel
- 4.Click "Cancel Order" (only available within 12 hours)
- 5.Confirm your cancellation request
- 6.Receive confirmation via email

5. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance:
- ✗Orders already shipped or out for delivery
- ✗Orders placed more than 12 hours ago
- ✗Customized or personalized jewelry orders (unless manufacturing has not begun)
- ✗Orders already delivered
6. Refund Timeline & Processing
Bank processing times may vary. Some banks may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.
7. Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Zeliora, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this cancellation policy. The 12-hour cancellation window is strictly enforced to ensure efficient order processing and inventory management.
Important Terms:
- •All gateway and processing fees are non-refundable
- •Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded
- •Zeliora is not responsible for delays in bank processing
- •Repeated cancellations may result in account review
